From the first moment I met Eric, I felt at ease. I had to deal with an unexpected loss, had no will, and not sure where to turn. But from the minute I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and welcomed. Condolences were expressed to me and Eric explained everything to me. He guided me through any paperwork that was needed, answered any questions and put my mind at ease. I just had a feeling I had to follow in comparison to other cremation services I was in contact with. Very thoughtful family here, think before they speak and it doesn't feel like a business transaction in regards to your loved one. It's a safe feeling, with respect to your loved one.
My brother passed away last Sunday at home after a long battle with cancer. I contacted Just Cremation in Burlington. I have never had to make these arrangements before but the professional service, the respect and consideration from Eric and his family business members was exceptional !
