Icon computers goes the extra distance to bring you professional service. We had a rather complicated scanner repair that Chris handled with skill and patience. Throughout the process he communicated and kept us updated about progress. In the end the scanner operated like new. I cannnot say enough about the care and understanding shown. Highly recommend Chris and Icon computers !!
Icon Computers is the best computer store and service center I've ever been to. The owner Chris is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to go out of his way to help a customer feel satisfied. Chris has earned my business, and I look forward to dealing with him again soon!
ICON computer is the place to go for computer work in Hamilton/ Burlington. I'm a Senior and am not at all up to date with the language used. Chris is very helpful and kind, and very honest. He has repaired my computers (laptop and desktop); and sold me accessories that I needed. AND, I have just bought a new desktop that he built according to what I required. I recommend ICON as the computer store to take your equipment to have work done.
