I was having an issue with VMWare for one of my clients which was causing my laptop to crash. I called PC Werx and described the issue. Logan said to bring my laptop in. He took a lot of time to figure out what was going on and resolved the issue. Very patient, friendly and lots of perseverance! I highly recommend PC Werx if you are having any issues.

I brought in my computer on Friday, shortly before the store closing, to get a new hard drive installed. On Saturday morning, I received a call informing me that my computer was ready to be picked up. Now that's service! I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs to my existing computer or to purchase a new one.
