I was having an issue with VMWare for one of my clients which was causing my laptop to crash. I called PC Werx and described the issue. Logan said to bring my laptop in. He took a lot of time to figure out what was going on and resolved the issue. Very patient, friendly and lots of perseverance! I highly recommend PC Werx if you are having any issues.
I brought in my computer on Friday, shortly before the store closing, to get a new hard drive installed. On Saturday morning, I received a call informing me that my computer was ready to be picked up. Now that's service! I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs to my existing computer or to purchase a new one.
Just a bunch of solid dudes. Ended up bricking my GPU unbeknownst to me at the time. Called them up in a cold sweat and they offered to take a look at no cost!Not only that but when I proceeded to buy a new GPU and install it to my despair I could still not boot the PC. They looked at it a second time as well! ( Turns out my display randomly died as well!!!! Yes it was a very bad Friday lol)Top notch business.
