Ryan saved me thousands of dollars. I had sent a laptop for a warranty repair through BestBuy and they gave it back with the same issues. BestBuy told me the problem wasn't hardware so not covered under warranty, I just had to re download windows. I took the laptop to PC Werx to have them install windows for a very fair price and I was still having the same issues. Ryan took the time to diagnose the issue and give me a written report proving the problem was hardware and therefore covered under warranty. With this report I was able to get an exchange and got a desktop to avoid the headache in the future. This level of customer service should be what every company strives...read full review

I highly recommend PC Werx computer repair! About a month ago, I took my MacBook Pro in for a battery replacement, and Ryan provided absolutely excellent customer service. He walked me through all of my options very clearly, making the decision process a breeze.

We decided to go ahead with the battery replacement, and a month later, my computer is still working great! On top of that, Ryan ensured the turnaround time was fast and effortless. I'm very pleased with both the repair itself, the price and the highly communicative customer service throughout. Thank you, Ryan!

Absolutely incredible service. The issue I had was diagnosed and resolved in a very timely manner. I want to give a special shout out to Ryan. He was a professional in every single way. Also very kind. He found my replacement part for me and when I brought it back with my PC he hooked it all up so fast. The price was also very good. I will be going here forever with any PC needs I may have. And if there's anyone I know personally that needs help with computer service, I'm pointing them to this place.
