Been with this clinic for the last few years and though there have been ups and downs in the quality of service, most recently we've had very good experiences with the staff and our doctor.

Edit (didn’t change the rating which is now very well deserved): Whoever is replying should consider enrolling in a course for etiquette so they can learn to be polite and professional. But from what I'm seeing, they might be a lost case. You recommending that I use Google translate is as absurd as your racist assumption.

This is a very poor care and attention clinic , I am really sorry to be one of their customers they are not care at all , especially their recipients they are such mean and never want to solve any issues . My son had a big surgery in his lung and McMaster children hospital decided it fastly, just I wanted to inform the family Doctor in Charlton clinic I couldn't because of their understanding and unwilling to just let me informed the doctor ,really I don't recommend you to depend on this clinic ever .
