Constantly have terrible experiences here. They never answer the phone. Takes about a week to return a phone a phone call. I pride myself on always being nice to the staff. Renee is one of the most disrespectful i've come in contact with always raising her voice and talking down to me and others while i'm waiting. There should be clear rules when or when they not take walk ins in. Doctors have never spent more than 5 minutes in a room with me. No communication, poor patient care, Always rudeWhy does it have to be like this ?

Long wait times even when you come to your appointment on time. Very rude blond receptionist her name is Renee she doesn’t know how to respectfully talk to the patients and always yelling. They book more than one patient at the same time, and No body answers the phone

Quality has dramatically dropped, even though it was already low before. Previous doctors weren't the best at listening to your issues or remembering anything about you, but they were at the least always available. Now, it's impossible to even get a response, and the new rule of having to book an appointment to get a refill is insane, especially when you can't even contact them for weeks on end. No one answering the phone during work hours, emails and voicemails take up to a week or more to get a response, and the new doctor is quite dismissive of issues with a rule of only one issue per visit...
