Brought in my gaming pc that had lots of problems, brought it to pc paramedic and he was able to solve the problem fast, now I have no problems. Amazing service making sure I understood what happened and how he was able to fix it!!
I had a Chrome book, that started shutting down on me. The owner said the problem was the Motherboard (they have issues with that and batteries, (so he would re-set it). Well, I ended up purchasing one of the owner's re-furbished Acers at a fantastic price of $250.00. Because the Chrome died; I knew getting a new laptop was in order as fixing a Motherboard is expensive. This was a few years ago. But I recommend PC Paramedics to everyone!
Frank was so kind and helpful in fixing an issue with my MIL's email settings on her ipad.
He first tried to help me by talking me through the fix over the phone, so that I could do it myself. But being totally clueless, I couldn't figure it out. When I reached out again, he was very kind and said he would fix it for us, so I drove right over. He was so knowledgeable. He checked the ipad right away, knew exactly where to look, made the correct adjustments needed, tested it and then charged my 90 year old MIL next to nothing.
