Absolutely incredible experience. My son had been waiting for over a year for this PS5 and when we just had enough and he shed a tear the beautiful young employee shared a moment with us. Great experience. I bought a new Samsung S26 phone. The service advisor Matt in cell phones was very patient, understanding and took his time to explain. He deserves a reward for his awesome service!! He went above and beyond to give great, superior customer service. I do need my sim key pin to open the sim slot though, as it was not put back in my box for future use.
