I want to give a shout out to Ashton at the Sudbury store. He helped me fix a problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely go back with any other tech issues I have!

Worst experience ever. I took my daghters laptop in before school started over a week later got it back in worse shape. I got what they said they did new battery and screen. Charged the battery tried to turn the laptop on and the sceen was black. Took in the following morning and was advised if it works great if not bring it back in.
