“If I could give 10 starts to this firm, I would. At 8:30 this morning I discovered that my hot water tank was leading so I phoned @homeENERGY to ask them to replace it. My first call to them led to no response--so around 11:30 I phoned again. This time, and within 10 or 15 minutes I received a call from @home's subcontractor, Northern Climate. The guy on the line said he would be there within a couple of hours (after finishing a job he was working on) and would phone me just before he arrived. In less than two hours I got the call, and sure enough within 5 minutes Sabia Mall and Harvey Singh were at the door. An hour later, not only was the old water tank hauled away but a new one was installed and hooked up. Harvey also told me that the 2021 version of the tank was prone to rust as well as leakage, so they replaced it with the updated 2025 model. No one likes to be without hot water--and these two guys were both friendly and very efficient. Neither one has permanent residency status, so I told them that if they ever needed a reference to let me know.“
