The place is adorable, the staff are just amazing. It was such a great experience all around. “Aug 19 I had a one hour and a half massage with a young lady named Sydney Sigouin. She was excellent! Especially with the pain I had been experiencing in my upper left arm from a fall in the snow hurting my elbow in february of this year. She did some pressure points under my arm and though it was quite intense and a bit painful it has had wonderful results! I no longer feel the pain during the day and at night if I sleep on that arm the pain is much milder. This message worked considerably better and faster to relieve the pain then did the physio appointment I had earlier in the year. I truly appreciate this young ladies work! I highly recommend her!“

“My first time at Synergy and I was very unhappy with the administration/booking side of my visit. I went to the salon to book an appointment and ask for advice on the time involved, cost and process for a root touch up and highlights. I returned a week later, only to find my stylist at a loss as to why I was there ( it was booked as a consultation) and reception had “ forgotten “ to check me in, so i sat there until I managed to connect with my stylist. I was very pleased to meet Cindy. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful going through the color charts, making sure we’d get great results. Unfortunately, the person at reception neglected to add the purpose of my visit , which meant going over everything I had already discussed, once more.
