“Extremely happy with Browns Cleaners! In 2024, I took a simple, three quarter length black winter coat to Roundabout Laundry at 1097 Cyrville Rd, and they charged me $62.15 to have it dry cleaned. A few days ago, I took the same winter coat to Browns Cleaners on Beechwood and they charged me $32.54. At the end of September, I took some pants to be shortened at Stitch It in the Rideau Centre, they charged me $19.97. I took a pair of pants to get shortened today at Browns Cleaners and they charged me $12.43. If you can make it to Beechwood Avenue for your dry cleaning and tailoring needs, GO TO BROWNS CLEANERS!“

Woman at the front desk was on a personal FaceTime call when I went to pick up the jacket.They charged $57, for express service which seems a bit high, but I needed it cleaned next day. Owners are very friendly though, so I obliged.Website says they’re closed Saturday/Sunday, so I was a little confused why my pickup time was for Saturday.Overall, it’s fine. But in the future I’ll look to see if another dry cleaner has better prices.“

“Just picked up my suit and wife’s wedding dress plus a custom white jean jacket. I wish I had a picture of the jean jacket because I thought there is no way on earth the massif stains of red wine are coming off this jacket and tbh the rest of our outfit. Yes it was a wild party lol.
To my surprise when picking up our items I was totally amazed that there is not a single spot of dirt or red wine at all on any of the items.
