Negligence is the first word that comes to mind. After being told it was nothing serious, rolling her eyes and tossing her hands in the air like a child, I took my son to another walk-in and was told it was, in fact, serious. Pure incompetence and disregard for patients. Do not be a practitioner if you do not enjoy helping people.
Dr. Hanna has taken the best care of me since I have been going there and helped me through some difficult health periods. I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor.
