Get there 1.5 hours BEFORE closing and refuse to take patients. Only 5 people waiting, and 2 of them were together. If you don't want to serve the public, you should close completely. I'm in need of less than 5 minutes with a dr, explain this, and still refused and I'm a patient at this office. SHAME!
Be prepared to have to advocate for yourself as Dr.Khan is very dismissive and actually laughed at me when I shared what I was seeking medical help with. I would not have spent my Saturday afternoon at a walk-in clinic unless I was genuinely concerned and instead of taking me seriously she repeatedly made me feel foolish and dramatic. On the other hand, the receptionist and nurse were warm and even said I did the right thing by coming in.
Worst experience with this clinic went there for a check up and the doctor sent me to the laboratory to do test, it’s been two weeks since and they have not called back to give me the results yet they promised.So unprofessional
