Michael helped get me thru a knee injury from a fall. Not only did he get me up and moving around again but gave me the knowledge and tools to relieve pain when it flairs up again. Thanks Michael.

Would like to say thank you to Michael for fixing my shoulder after taking a tumble down the stairs. The exercises given were very helpful and easy to do to loosen up the joint. Demeanour was very friendly and relaxed and he was easy to talk to.Would highly recommend.
