Not only does she have superb design skills (a fine arts academic education) but she also has a unique ability to listen to the client and gently steer them in the right direction. She is patient and incredibly responsive. In our case we needed to switch contractors midstream due to unforeseen circumstances and she came through in 24 hours with an excellent contractor able to jump in and complete the project.
