I rarely post any reviews on Google or other platforms but have been meaning to review Artisan since our project has reached completion (well almost). In one word Artisan is outstanding. From design through product choice the service and overall experience has been excellent.
In particular I have to single out our designer Jessica. Not only does she have superb design skills (a fine arts academic education) but she also has a unique ability to listen to the client and gently steer them in the right direction. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jessica to design our outdated kitchen and guest bathroom. From our first meeting with her Jessica listened carefully to us and guided us toward selections that met our needs and our style. In our old kitchen we had layout issues that caused my husband and I to be in each other’s way, and made the space feel crowded during holiday parties. We are repeat customers of AAB after having them design our kitchen and supply appliances for that project and others.
We went in just before Christmas to replace our wash machine. We worked with Greg who showed us the models in our price range. We looked in the basement (ding and dent) and found a Speed Queen that was just above our limit. Greg pointed out that it was basically $700 off due to some tape residue and a dent the size of a half-dollar on the side. Note, that all the warrantees still applied fully.
We watched a bunch of youtube reviews of the model and purchased it.
The AAB team installed it professionally and took away the old washer.
