“An incredible experience working with Danielle from Gavigan & Gruppo. Remodeling is an overwhelming task, especially for those like me who don’t like decisions... Danielle was patient, talented, competent and excellent at design... What I loved the most is how she was able to identify the client’s vision- she listened to my needs, wants and likes (and budget!) and made recommendations based on that, unlike what I hear about other designers who choose what they love themselves and expect you to see eye to eye with them. She made *multiple* trips to the granite place and tile shops because the perfect kitchen was important to me. She was timely, responsive to messages and simply pleasant to work with. “We just finished (Aug 2023) a whole home renovation (~4500 sqft, 4 beds, 5 baths) with West End that lasted over 18 months. I can't imagine what it would have been like to do this size of a project without them. It was a relief to have a team of people who obsessed over all the details so I did not have to. They ordered everything (cabinets, lighting, flooring, doors, countertops, drapes, upholstery, rugs, wallpaper, linens, art, decor), answered all the questions during construction and even did post-construction staging ensuring all the furniture, custom pieces, upholstery and decor were exactly where they should be. We gave them full autonomy on the design and cannot be happier with the result.“

“Through an eBay seller, we purchased a reproduction Colonial Williamsburg Table [CW 65-66 W 2 Leaves] that was manufactured by Kittinger decades ago. The table and leaves were in good, but not great shape, and the edge treatment ('distressed') was not our style. We contacted Kittinger and inquired as to their willingness to refinish the table and the leaves. They offered to do this work at a very reasonable price, so I rented a trailer and brought the pieces to them from Ohio. [Ray Bialkowski, the owner, met me on a holiday weekend and gave me a tour of the factory!!!] The work was completed within four weeks and the results were amazing! Every scratch and gouge was gone, the finish looked like it just came out of the factory brand new, and the responsiveness of the entire staff was all one could ask for. If you love Kittinger furniture and have a high-value piece that you would like to restore to showroom condition - I recommend that you give Ray and his team a call!“

“Lisa DeCarlo from Urban Design styled our son’s wedding. 240 guests agreed it was the most spectacular wedding they have ever seen. Lisa welded arches to hold hand picked crystal chandeliers that were spectacular. Her design of the room which included 12 foot photos of the couple, and glass work that complimented tables that were impeccably decorated were one of a kind…. I could go on and on… but her professionalism and heart that she exuded was immeasurable. She worked almost 48 hours straight to make our daughter-in-law’s vision a reality. From the bottom of our hearts we will run out of room in this review to express our gratitude. You must take the time to visit her store on Main Street on East Aurora!“
