“After purchasing a home, I planned a large interior renovation that included a complete overhaul of the kitchen and two bathrooms, new flooring, and paint throughout. I was very anxious about the selection of the right contractor as it was a huge investment for me and I am extremely happy I chose Jeremy from The Innovative Group. I had very detailed requirements and Jeremy met my needs throughout. He contracted, budgeted and managed all trades (plumbing, carpentry, tiles, flooring, paint, etc) except the kitchen cabinetry and was great at coordinating scheduling. I wasn't in the city while work was being done but I was updated on progress and brought in for inspections/approvals as needed. He is honest, detailed, dependable and a pleasure to work with. We ran into a few snags (who doesn't in a large reno) and he met the challenges with creative, effective solutions. The project was managed within budget. I highly recommend him.“
