I discovered Jason (owner of Who's Training Who) when my husband and I just purchased our puppy in late June of this year. I was searching very hard for a reputable trainer who lives close, is able to do sessions in our home and would be flexible. I didn't want to go to classes - I really wanted the training to be personalized and wanted someone to come in our home and see how we have things set up (crate, play pen, etc). After I found Jason online, I gave him a call and immediately I knew we had to try him. I just had a great gut instinct since our initial phone conversation. Since then, we have seen Jason numerous times to help train our teacup Maltese, and he has honestly been so helpful. What I really admired most is that he is really passionate about what he does - this is evident when he calls us almost every day to check up on us and how we are doing with the puppy training. Not only does he spend time with you in person both in your home as well as outside, but he takes the time out of his day to talk to you over the phone and answer any questions you may have. He is extremely knowledgeable as everything he taught us truly makes sense, has logic behind it and has been working on our pup. We have seen significant improvements in our Maltese, Ella, and it's now reached the point where when Jason calls, I no longer have to ask him many questions because I feel like we have nailed it down thanks to him. He has made us so much more confident (especially as first-time pet owners) and we would not for a second hesitate to recommend him to others. I realize that there are a lot of people out there that are "dog trainers" however be careful who you choose. Do your research and just give Jason a call. Jason, thank you so much for everything you have done for us!!!
I highly recommend Jason at Who's Training Who. I began looking for trainers for my 5 year old dog, Shadow after she got into a little trouble at the off-leash dog park with some aggressive behaviour. I spoke to a few other trainers before deciding the best fit was with Jason at Who's Training Who. I'm so glad I ended up with Jason. After going through his behavioral rehabilitation program, Shadow is a much calmer and well balanced dog. Jason doesn't just train dogs, he gives owners the tools to understand how to work with your dog and be the pack leader. There was a noticeable difference in Shadow's obedience after only a few classes. His scheduling was flexible and easy to work with. His one-on-one training was tailored to the needs of my dog and I highly recommend Jason's program if your dog has any behavioral issues, big or small.
