Erica was so great. I was a first time client with long thick coarse kinky hair. I gave her a picture of what I wanted done (short style) and she spent 2 hours trying to duplicate it.
What a trouper. She was also very kind and we hugged at the end of the experience.
I must take a moment to shout out to Darlene she's a wonderful hair stylist kind caring and truly an amazing at her job. Looking forward to my next visit. Keep up the great work girl.
I have been a customer at West Ends Hair Salon for many years, and I continue to be impressed, and very happy with the professionalism, excellent service, and friendliness of all staff. I usually have my hair cut or trimmed and styled. I also had it coloured in the past. I highly recommend this place!
