Felix and his team are fantastic, highly recommend Umana Health for physio, massage and any post injury needs. I've use Umana health for a couple different injuries, post bakers cyst physio and post ski fall injury. Lilia and Jason are amazing at what they do, they understand every muscle so well and are very helpful with tips and advice. I've since recovered well and am back to skiing and running as per usual. Thanks for everything Umana team!!!!

Met Dr. Dalia Dissanayake, a great osteopath! She treated one of our kids. Professional, kind and patient with the kid. She promptly followed up with exercises that have to be done and made sure we received it. Highly recommended!

I had physical therapy with Nuria for 3 months, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and my experience with Umana. She worked with me and gave me the tools (exercises) I need so now I know how to avoid injury in future, and how to maintain a strong/pain free body. Everything was tailored to my lifestyle, so I feel very confident going forward with her advice and exercises. I genuinely thought my back injury would never go away until I started working with her!
