Booked with Carol and received a 10/10 haircut from Cathy ( They also accommodated my schedule by squeezing me in 30 minutes early) ....Quick and very professional, start to finish. First time at Twin Scissors, and I'll definitely be back. Ashley was welcoming, friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. She asked my opinions throughout and provided great advice. My hair is long, straight, super fine and super dense - it's easy for a stylist to underestimate what they're getting themselves into. Not so with Ashley - she was confident in her skills, but took the time to get to know my hair and how it would respond. I haven't been this happy with a haircut in ages! (Being greeted by a cute friendly dog when I arrived didnt hurt either.)
