Walked in without an appointment and was looked after by Mary. It’s been a long time since I walked out of a salon and loved my hair. The cut and blow dry that Mary gave me was perfect. I will certainly be going back. Thanks Mary!

I don't often get my hair cut, but had a great experience with Nela at Total Image! I came with some ideas of what I wanted my hair to look like and Nela knew exactly what to do. I was happy with how my hair looked after and I trusted her throughout my appointment. Thanks Nela!I am giving this 4 stars though since I had interacted with 3 employees at the salon after my hair cut and was not informed that I had visible hair pieces all over my face. I went to the washroom in the mall right afterwards which is when I noticed. I would've appreciated for someone to inform me before I left.

My hairdresser is Nela and I trust my hair in her scissors, I mean hands ?. She knows hair color like a queen mad scientist. She's very professional. I always trust her opinion coz I know I am not knowledgeable about what suits me best. I always bring some ideas and inspiration but I value her input alot. And the result always makes me happy. That is why I always come back. Thank you Nela ??
