Amazing service at Tidy Ups! Christina was so gentle and patient with my Taco and even went above and beyond without charging extra. Taco usually gets anxious with groomers, but he was calm and happy with her. That says everything! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again .??
My Koda (large standard poodle who is my daughters service dog) LOVES Christina! I literally tell him we are “going to see Christina & he runs for the door! He knows where we are when we pull into the parking lot. Christina (& her team while she was recovering from her hand surgery recently) made my goofball feel comfortable. I am very comfortable leaving him with them. He had a couple of bad grooming experiences and then the groomer we had (& loved) moved to Hamilton. Not sure of why this place has anything less than a five star rating? Christina always does an amazing job on our Pomeranian, Mickey. He requires some extensive grooming, and he always comes out looking and smelling amazing. We love their services, and particularly, Christina, who is our girl, always does an amazing job!
