The Floor Shop supplied our engineered hard wood flooring. We have two dogs so we wanted something durable, Jaclyn the sales representative was very helpful and together we chose something that best suited our needs. The installers came and were professional and very kind, they took care of every last detail. We continue to be amazed at how well the flooring compliments our living space. We would highly recommend the Floor Shop.

I went to The Floor Shop to get flooring for my old condo unit which was originally built in the 90s. At first, I wanted to go with luxury vinyl but after my condo board disapproved using vinyl, I decided to switch to laminate flooring. Every time I walked into the flooring shop having to either change the flooring type, colour, or underlayment type, Justin at the store helped me the best he could in every way - i.e. explaining different product types, ratings, stock levels, install availability etc. After selecting my flooring and underlayment, I dealt with Debbie mostly to get final pricing and scheduling install. Debbie was also very helpful in every way. Debbie revised the quote many times based on my needs and was accommodating when I had to change the install date. The installation itself was very good too. The team that came in was very professional and worked very fast. My 860sf condo was done in a day and a half - it probably could've been done within a day but they wanted to get additional T-cap for transition at sliding doors that was not anticipated originally. The team wanted to make sure once they were finished, everything looked beautiful and it did. The install job was very well done. The floor cutting around my kitchen cabinets is super crisp and baseboards look great. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by The Floor Shop and would gladly recommend them to anyone. Their price was very good too.
