I haven't had a tattoo done this side of the 2010s so I was a bit nervous. I booked with Venus for a relatively simple tattoo but it definitelyneeded some refinement and an artists eye. The whole shop was clean, beautiful and staffed by friendly and professional personnel. At each step I was met with professionalism and exemplary customer care.
I screwed up my appointment time by accident (thanks dyslexia) and they worked to get me in same day which I'm sure inconvenienced them but no one would know it by their demeanor.

I wanted to share my very positive experience with this shop from today. The jewellery from a new piercing (done elsewhere) fell out while driving home from work on the QEW. I could not get it back in myself so I stopped here hoping someone could help. The piercer was with a client for the rest of the evening, so another staff kindly offered to help and she was able to get the jewelry back in. I am so thankful for her assistance and wanted to share my appreciation here :)
Highly recommended, experienced artists and great prices. Had multiple sessions with Psycho Dave, and he has done an amazing job. Very professional and incredible attention to detail. Don't look any further, this is the place to get tatted!
