Angela and I were very impressed with the staff. They were very friendly and very helpful. Dr. Ly was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. We both felt very comfortable and appreciated her her warm personality.
It was such a pleasure to see Dr. Ly again in her new clinic Specs & Spines. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Ly gave my mom expert advice about cataracts but also personal experience as her own mother went through cataract surgery.
I live in the neighborhood and used Google to find an optometrist close to my house. What a great find! The front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly. The office is airy and modern. Dr. Christine Ly was thorough in her exam but also took time to chat with me a little, which was really nice! It felt like a genuinely happy place to which I will return. Most importantly I got my eyes checked after more than 2 years, and it was a very smooth and easy process. PS. Street parking is easily available and cheap.
