Horrible experience. Nail tech did not care about the pain they were causing with repeated rough handling. Had to ask multiple times to be treated like a human being.

This was my first time here, I left crying. It took over 3 hours for a fill. They ruined the shape as they were supposed to stay coffin and are now rectangles. They cut them way too short and painted the French tip too thick. After asking multiple times during multiple stages for them to be fixed I was moved to a different tech but they were not fixed, just repained. I asked to be discounted as they look NOTHING like what I asked for but was denied.

These are my nails after two hours of getting them fixed for the second time. I am so so disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at the nail salon. A male nail technician cut my toenail, which was extremely painful and caused it to bleed. I left the salon slightly limping, but I had to go out afterwards since I already had plans. My foot continued to hurt throughout the evening. I hope their equipment was properly disinfected.
Additionally, the French tip manicure I received on my fingernails was not as good as what I had at my previous nail salon. The technician even asked which salon I had visited before, implying he was aware of the difference in quality. The French tip he did for me was just okay—it wasn't as neat and refined as the one from my previous salon. Now, I will have to travel farther to get my nails done at the other salon, which is also cheaper.
I gave this salon two stars instead of one because the lady who did my daughter’s pedicure handled her nicely. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
