A big shout-out to the reception girls at Propel.
They are always efficient, welcoming, and helpful. No matter how busy they are, they are always patient, listen carefully, and take every request seriously.
Over the past six months, I’ve interacted with reception at many different places, and the Propel girls are the best. Because of my personal situation, I often need to call to book appointments or reschedule. Sometimes I even feel a bit bad for bothering them again, but they are always so warm, patient, and professional.
