Ali from Proland (contractor for Reliance) was excellent. He fixed our hot water issue by replacing the faulty part right away, but what really stood out was how much time he spent explaining how the system actually works. As a homeowner with very little HVAC knowledge, that made a huge difference. He patiently walked me through the setup, helped test our faucets, and cleared up confusion I had about what was broken and what wasn’t. He also proactively asked about temperature differences between floors and showed me how to use the fan to even things out. He didn’t just fix the problem and leave. He made sure I understood my home better. Highly recommend Ali and Proland.

My furnace stopped working so I called reliance home comfort who sent me their contractor Ali who works for Proland. Ali explained everything while he was working in the furnace. Told me it was over heating despite being 5 yrs old. So Ali raised blower speed because the installer only set it to manufacturer instructions rather than surveying the home which Ali did and noticing my house was not generating enough heat. That is why my back bedrooms were always cold. Ali also checked checked and cleaned other parts to ensure my furnace was working properly and efficiently. Called Ali for my furnace maintenance, which I had not done for 3 yrs. He came in on time and did a great job. He cleaned and showed me the gunk that had accumulated and shared tips on how to clean them on my own. He also had replacements for my dehumidifier filter so I didnt have go shopping.
He provided me an over health report of my furnace which showed it stills giving 98% efficiency. Very happy with his service, recommend him and will use him for maintenance and repair instead of Encare or reliance
