“Jeongae is the best !!!! First came 1 year ago to get my eye brows done...the OMBRE POWDER..it was perfect and the best money I have ever spent!!! Totally natural. Then...I got the lip blush done and again...PERFECT....and just recently I have done the eyelash enhancement. All three procedures have been beautiful and totally natural. Jeongae is not only really really nice but an absolute perfectionist!!!! Like I said it's the best money I have ever spent. Sometimes it's the small touches that make the biggest difference.
