Staff was pleasant and very well organized. We were happy to have Milkshake stay there.

My dog loves this place and the people! As soon as we get off the highway you can see his nose go up in the air and his tail starts wagging. He had stayed over night and done day care days and he's the happiest husky every time he goes and comes home. Their live webcams are great just so i can check on him during the day and the staff are very accommodating as well. See you soon Park9.

Great experience with all the staff with our dogs meet and greet for the first time!! Diesel was excited and loved all the staff as we did and will be comforting leaving days and over nights.

We wouldn’t have our dog, Buddy, stay anywhere else. The staff are incredibly warm and patient, the facilities are always clean and the webcams give us peace of mind by letting us check in on him. We also love the slumber room option, where Buddy can stay with a staff member overnight. It makes such a difference!

So many thanks to Park 9 yyz! I was supposed to pick up my new dog in Toronto but my flight was cancelled due to weather. We booked Park 9 yyz through Your Dog Butler so he could stay there for a couple nights before his next flight.

I checked on our pup both mornings and not only were they super friendly on the phone, but it's clear they loved our dog. I have no doubts he was in good hands!

We are very protective dog dads, and beyond picky about who we trust with our girl, Delilah. From the very first phone call and our first in-person visit at PARK9, it was immediately clear that everything was centered around one question: “What can we do that’s best for Delilah?”
Delilah is an older dog, she has anxiety (which can be quite significant at times), and she also has heart disease—so naturally, we were extremely concerned about introducing any additional stress into her life. The team at PARK9 was incredibly welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. They listened, asked the right questions, and offered genuine, well-considered suggestions tailored specifically to her needs.
By the end of our visit, the biggest sign of reassurance was that Delilah didn’t even want to leave. She was calm, relaxed, met other dogs, wandered around comfortably—and while she couldn’t care less about most of the other dogs, she clearly established herself as the boss lady of the daycare (which gave us a good laugh).
What truly stood out to us was being told that dogs come first here—always, even over people. That philosophy alone speaks volumes. The facility is exceptionally clean, there are no unpleasant odors at all, and you can genuinely feel how much they care about the animals in their care.
We wholeheartedly recommend PARK9 to anyone looking for daycare, boarding, or grooming. If you’re looking for a place that truly prioritizes your dog’s well-being, comfort, and happiness, this is it. They are absolutely amazing.

Park9 Dog Playcare is AWESOME!! The facility, the staff (Mia, Connie, Haley, & more), and the other dogs (playful, gentle, & respectful) are simply The Best!!!! After just one day there, our dog, Kasey, recognized the facility when we pulled up for his second day, there. Kasey began vocalizing excitement and did spin arounds and jumping up for joy! Kasey gave lots of kisses to the Amazing Staff, there!!!! Very professional, caring, and wonderful staff persons, there! Kasey can hardly wait to return to Park9!! We tried three other downtown grooming places for our shih-poo puppy in the first 11 months of her life, before finding Park9. The lack of engagement and care, the high price tag and our dog’s flat out fear of grooming told us we needed to keep looking and we’re so glad we did. We found a different and lovely approach to grooming at Park9. Everyone we deal with knows and cares for our dog Rosie, the communication is always outstanding —and she now loves going.
