two patio doors and windows installed by Bernard and crew July 5, 2025 and install went very well on a very warm day. Sales with Vika follow up with Chris and then Anastasia and then very efficient and timely. Highly recommend Optima through whole process.
UNPROFESSIONAL-Cancelled appt to measure windows-Booked Optima for an appointment today to get 14 windows measured and receive a quote and they just changed the appointment to a virtual call (received email same day as appt) due to another appointment they booked 3 hours away. No notice on cancelling as I had already booked off work as had my tenants. How does one measure windows virtually? Don't waste your time with this company. They don't value the customers time.
My sister Adelpha & me had our basement windows replaced today by Optima. It was a great experience. Alexander & Alexi installed the windows, they did a great job with meticulous attention to details, superb installation. Both gentlemen are respectful & hardworking, very helpful. They are asset to Optima Company.
We are very satisfied customers.
They are coming back to install our front door & enclosure. We will request for them again to do the job .
