Ben and team did a great job installing the windows and doors at my house. They also vacuum and clean up after so it saved me some work. And then I noticed some misalignment in the patio door afterwards which I called the office and the technician came the next day to fix it! Had the chance to speak with Randy (Sales) and Chris (Owner) a few times in which both were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend Optima - we are definitely getting high quality service on what we paid for!
Optima Windows and Doors is the real deal. Our experience was amazing and would recommend Optima without hesitation. The process from start to finish was seamless and stress free. John, our sales consultant, was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. He never pressured the sale and was always available to answer questions. We ordered a 11 foot, three panel sliding door, which replaced a door and two windows. Upon installation, Vasiliy and his team completed the job with professionalism and unmatched craftsmanship. They completed the demolition, installation, and masonry work while maintaining cleanliness both inside and outside our home. The final product looks incredible!... read full review
two patio doors and windows installed by Bernard and crew July 5, 2025 and install went very well on a very warm day. Sales with Vika follow up with Chris and then Anastasia and then very efficient and timely. Highly recommend Optima through whole process.
