Excellent service as always. They took me in without an appointment because of a puncture in my tire and it was flat. They fixed it, I got an oil change and filters in the car changed. I was out of there in an hour and a half. Really nice and knowledgeable people there. Highly recommend them.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience at OK Tire Etobicoke, I felt like this one deserved it — especially after going in as what you could call a “secret shopper.” I wanted to see how they actually treat customers when they think no one is watching. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt different from a typical auto shop. The front staff were welcoming without being pushy, took the time to explain things clearly, and never once made me feel like I was being upsold.
