It's nice to be listened to rather than just talked down to, which I'm finding is more and more common nowadays with most doctors.

The front desk titas is always super welcoming and actually smiles when you walk in, which is a rare find these days.
The waiting area is also really clean and relaxing, so you don't mind sitting there for a few minutes.
Dr. Kavouris is absolutely top notch. He actually takes the time to sit down, listen to your concerns, and answer all your questions without making you feel rushed out the door. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Kavouris is by far the best doctor we’ve met in Toronto. Even though he always has a full schedule and sees patients one after another, he is consistently kind, patient, and professional. He takes the time to listen carefully and never makes us feel rushed. The treatments and medications he recommends have always been accurate and effective for our family.
