Today I went for a second vaccine. As soon as I went to desk I felt not welcome. Receptionist was very confused, and I felt instantly defensive as she was making things difficult. Finally she agreed to the injection, I went to room and a tall girl appeared, nobody said anything , it was a very long awkward silence, I waited while the 2 above mentioned were looking at each other, what followed next was the most painful injection I ever had, I definitely feel it was on purpose. The pain was so intense I found it hard to hold my jacket to put it back on. No more needles for me at this clinic.

My family Dr is here as well as this is my go to place for the Flu shot every year. I book my appointment, I go in, get my shot, sit for 10 minutes to make sure I don't die and I'm back to work! Quick, easy, and hassle free! 10/10

Their Royal York Road Clinic is much better. They are punctual, and I never have to wait. Came here for the first time after a while and I am disappointed. After having booked an appointment in advance on a weekday early morning, still have to wait. Parking is just 1 hour so they should ideally be on time.
