I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gem Windows and Doors on three projects this year through Aspire Design Group, and every experience has been exceptional. Jim (the owner) and Tas (sales associate) have been incredible partners — knowledgeable, responsive, and always attentive to the details that make all the difference. From when we went to Gem for the first time, to the end result was fantastic! Michael in the showroom was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. As our house is quite old, we wanted the windows to fit in to the style of our original windows. He was able to match the look almost to a tee! The installation process was done by another two Mikes, who were wonderful. From removing the old windows, to the outside aluminum trim, all was done neatly and very professionally. Thanks to Gem Windows and Doors for everything!
