Ross and his team did a great job with placing new engineered hardwood and staining my stairs. Hands down, this was the easiest first-time experience we've had with getting floors installed in a condo. From selecting the right flooring (we own a dog), to removing and disposing of carpets, raising the flooring in two rooms, placing flooring over the entirety of our tiled condo, and installing all-new baseboards—this wasn't an easy job. However, we couldn't be happier with the results.Here's how our process played out for our unfurnished condo, measuring under 1000 square feet:1) We provided the square footage and initiated contact through the website to obtain a general quote, sharing our flooring preferences.2) We booked an appointment and visited the EZ Con showroom near the airport to handpick our flooring.3) EZ Con conducted an in-home visit for precise measurements and a more detailed quote. They brought generously-sized flooring samples, allowing us to see how they complemented different room lighting.4) Once we confirmed the work with a deposit, things were set in motion.5) Installation was scheduled, and over a two-day process, our floors were skillfully laid. We completed the journey by making the final payment.Ross and his team executed the project flawlessly. Their service was top-notch, and they maintained a high level of tidiness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, resulting in work of exceptional quality.
