This is a review for Sandeep. Sandeep came to my house to service my furnace. He arrived on time. He did a superb job of checking all aspects of the functioning of my gas furnace. He patiently explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was extremely polite and pleasant. Had a new Water Heater installed. Process took less than 2 hours. Everything was cleaned up after the job was completed..Very efficient .
Technician Anthony Mitchell went above and beyond by also fixing a minor leak in my plumbing connection. All in all a very positive experience. 10 / 10 rating !!!!

George (technician) came by to service the air conditioner. He did a thorough job cleaning the unit and making sure it is in excellent working condition. He also made sure to explain how the damper on the furnace works when we switch between AC and Heat for maximum benefit. We are very satisfied with his work today.
