What I appreciated most was that he went above and beyond the original request. While he was there, he checked a few other things to make sure everything was working properly. Since I could not be there in person, he also sent photos and videos to show that the work had been completed, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Antoni was a great communicator throughout the process and handled everything very efficiently. I truly appreciate the extra effort.
