I had the pleasure of having Andrew and Roman work on a clogged pipe. I was able to get them to my house less than 12 hours after I began communicating with Andrew. The initial thought was that there would have to be some sort of pipe replacement under the basement floor, based on my description of the issue. But when they came, they used their camera and also did some testing, to see there the clog actually was. They were very thorough and weren't going to simply settle at guessing where the problem was. The drains in my basement were backed up resulting in sewage flood. I called Drain Target and they showed up pretty quickly.
