Asides concerning hygiene practices, I will absolutely attest that the dentists and assistants seem to really enjoy gossiping and making fun of their patients - in front of their face. Like making fun of their questions, appearance and anything they say/do. What kind of establishment does this? It's giving Karen's Diner.

Wow! I can't thank this dental office enough. They were able to get me in on short notice for an emergency, and the customer service was absolutely excellent. I'm extremely grateful for their quick and kind care, and I left feeling very satisfied!

0 Stars. Worst experience of my life. This dentist looks at you like a Bank Account, I have to redo some of the treatments several times, Save your money and your Oral Health. Go to a Dentist that cares about your Oral Health, not see as a bank machine. I had to give them a star to be able to post this.

⚠️⚠️ WARNING: AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE ⚠️⚠️
I had a terrible experience that forced me to discontinue my $5,000 Invisalign treatment for my own safety. The tools used during my treatments were visibly unsterilized and contaminated—rusty, moldy, and even had hair and wax on them. When I brought this to Dr. Savita Chaudhry’s attention, she dismissed my concerns, tried to justify the condition, and then tried to blame me.
Beyond the unsafe conditions, I was promised a refund with no conditions, yet when I arrived to collect it, I was blindsided with settlement papers designed to silence me and absolve Dr. Chaudhry of all responsibility. I refused to sign.
A week later she emailed me the same papers and urged me to sign. I responded with my own terms towards a resolution, and as of this review, she has not responded, and the deadline I provided passed a month ago. She didn’t respond. This shows just how unwilling she is to take responsibility, or even come to a resolution and how her ulterior motives remain focused on protecting her image—not her patients.
Dr. Chaudhry already has two complaints filed against her with the RCDSO (📂 Case Files: 150403 and 180236), which speaks for itself.
I have since moved on to a new dental office, I’m thankful I didn’t continue, even though I lost money—but please don’t make the same mistake I did. Choose your healthcare provider wisely; they can truly impact your financial, physical, and emotional well-being.

I highly recommend this facility for treatment. Dr. Savita is amazing and the staff are incredibly. I am so happy my smile is coming along great couldn’t asked for better. Great customer service, clean and warm environment. Overall great experience.
