Dr. Pan is an incredible doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He’s very understanding, knowledgeable, and never dismisses your medical concerns.

A physician has a responsibility to treat patients with professionalism, care, and respect, particularly when discussing medical decisions made by another qualified healthcare provider. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Florentina Teoderascu did not meet that standard.
I began a treatment in Brazil under the supervision of a physician I trust, who is familiar with my medical history and conducted a comprehensive medical assessment before prescribing medication. During an appointment with Dr. Teoderascu for an entirely unrelated matter, I mentioned that medication as part of my current medical history.
Her response was immediately dismissive. She reacted with disbelief and stated that she would never prescribe it, despite having ZERO knowledge of the evaluation, test results, clinical reasoning, or ongoing supervision behind the treatment.
I had not asked for her opinion on the medication, nor was that the purpose of the appointment.
A responsible medical professional may raise concerns, ask questions, or request further information. What is not acceptable is responding in a manner that makes a patient feel judged, discredited, or forced to defend a treatment plan established by another physician.
This interaction reflects a broader pattern in my experience with Dr. Teoderascu. I have repeatedly felt uncomfortable, unheard, and placed in the position of having to justify myself rather than receiving thoughtful and respectful care.
The doctor-patient relationship depends on trust. That trust has been lost, and I am now taking the necessary steps to change family doctors because I am unwilling to continue receiving care in an environment where I feel dismissed and judged.
After reading other patient reviews, I am also concerned that my experience may not be an isolated one.

It’s not exactly a walk in clinic if you can’t walk in and have to book in advance

I was late to my appointment by 15 minutes and the receptionist wouldn't let me see the doctor or accommodate at all. If you're going, make sure you're on time!

Very disappointed with this clinic. My 4-month-old baby’s vaccine was postponed once because the doctor was sick. I waited patiently for a new appointment, only to come in today (with a confirmed appointment) and be told again that the doctor is sick. No one informed me in advance. This is not acceptable when it comes to a baby’s health.

Dr Moradi is my family doctor and she’s great! She’s patient, kind and genuinely empathetic (not the practised fakeness you get from a lot of doctors who are trying CYA). She’s been supportive of all my questions and health concerns and doesn’t brush off treatment plans I want to attempt. She’s balances what she knows to be medically correct with treatments that will help the patient they way they want and need to be helped (ie didn’t just read and regurgitate a text book.) It’s clear patient care is top of mind for her. She always asks where you want your prescription sent to make pickup easier for you ( unlike another doctor at citrus who covered for her on vacation and just sent it to the citrus pharmacy because ‘it is better for our pharmacy to have it in file!).. This review of 5 stars is entirely for her.

Worse clinic to go to, the doctors don’t even follow up with the ultrasound results. Literally have to book an appt and wait a month to find out about results. The receptionist are so rude and unprofessional.
Any other clinics always does a follow up after receiving medical reaults within 48-72hrs.
I’ll report this to the ministry of health. It shouldn’t be this way.

I would give zero if I could I absolutely love my doctor he moved to this clinic unfortunately because the front staff is completely useless plus one girl in particular brown hair and relatively young has a super bad attitude and acts like she's better than everybody power tripping and it's a horrible experience having to deal with her... Swear I didn't like my doctor so much I would switch clinics it's that bad
