I was late to my appointment by 15 minutes and the receptionist wouldn't let me see the doctor or accommodate at all. If you're going, make sure you're on time!

Very disappointed with this clinic. My 4-month-old baby’s vaccine was postponed once because the doctor was sick. I waited patiently for a new appointment, only to come in today (with a confirmed appointment) and be told again that the doctor is sick. No one informed me in advance. This is not acceptable when it comes to a baby’s health.

Dr Moradi is my family doctor and she’s great! She’s patient, kind and genuinely empathetic (not the practised fakeness you get from a lot of doctors who are trying CYA). She’s been supportive of all my questions and health concerns and doesn’t brush off treatment plans I want to attempt. She’s balances what she knows to be medically correct with treatments that will help the patient they way they want and need to be helped (ie didn’t just read and regurgitate a text book.) It’s clear patient care is top of mind for her. She always asks where you want your prescription sent to make pickup easier for you ( unlike another doctor at citrus who covered for her on vacation and just sent it to the citrus pharmacy because ‘it is better for our pharmacy to have it in file!).. This review of 5 stars is entirely for her.

Worse clinic to go to, the doctors don’t even follow up with the ultrasound results. Literally have to book an appt and wait a month to find out about results. The receptionist are so rude and unprofessional.
Any other clinics always does a follow up after receiving medical reaults within 48-72hrs.
I’ll report this to the ministry of health. It shouldn’t be this way.

I would give zero if I could I absolutely love my doctor he moved to this clinic unfortunately because the front staff is completely useless plus one girl in particular brown hair and relatively young has a super bad attitude and acts like she's better than everybody power tripping and it's a horrible experience having to deal with her... Swear I didn't like my doctor so much I would switch clinics it's that bad

Happy my partner and I found our new family doctor here. He’s been great and the team is friendly when we arrive. Easy to book appointments online and always see us right on time.

I had a 5 star review until today. However I’m forced to change it to 1 star. However I prefer that it should consider as -1.
Oh and for the record. I’m diabetic, I have a blood pressure and I have a cholesterol.
I had an appointment booked for today for 6:30 ish after I did my blood. Then 2 weeks ago. My wife got a call saying Dr would like to see her. So because me and my wife have a same doctor. I called and make sure that as previous times. We book both appointments together. So the person who helped me told be that I’ll book yours for 3:05 pm and her 3:20 but it’s okay you both come together. I told her repeatedly that I want to do late appointment because of traffic.
Long story short and without being called racist. The person who called the very first time today. Was blasting me with attitude. Then another nice lady called someone who spend time with me put me on hold while talking to the doctor about what can be done. Then the same person who called me initially today called me after 15 mins saying well the doctor marked you no show. But if you get here with your wife then she can see her. To me in all right mindset does not make sense. Then I told her that I’m already talking to someone else the same not nice lady got upset. Why you talking to someone else. I called you. I felt like telling her off but instead I apologize to her and disconnected the call. Then I continued my call with the nice lady. Who re booked my appointment for next week morning hours. Then we hang up. Then after about 7 mins someone else called saying how the doctor can no longer see us today and ask to re-booked.
So basically after my today’s experience and the whole situation of miscommunication and how my important concern was ignored.
Oh and I was told I still have to pay $40 plus taxes as no show fee as per Doctor. Even thought the doctor is aware of my personal situation.

Walk in Clinic is the Worst! Checked on their website and found Walk in is open on Saturday 8 am - 2 pm.. When called, telephone line is closed. Due to the urgency went there by using public transport and the agent at the counter told that we do take walk ins only by appointment… and our telephone lines are not available on weekends 😂😂. These kind of poor service will cause frustration, waste of money and time for suffering patients.. At least they should comply with their own policies displayed to public on their own website 👎🏻👎🏻
