After poor service and a brush-off from a nearby home improvement store, I noticed Canadian Superbilt Shutters on my way home and decided to drop in. I was greeted pleasantly, then met with John Persaud. John listened carefully to my request then proceeded to locate and write up an order for the dual roller shades which the other place had insisted were discontinued.
Subsequently he liaised promptly with the manufacturer to ensure their follow-through re the colour and style. The blinds arrived within the estimated timeframe and John came over the same day to install them. He did an exact and thorough installation.

We just had Superbilt Shutters install California shutters in our Condo. This is our second project with John and again we couldn't be happier with them. John was so helpful, professional and such a nice person. Would definitely recommend John and Superbilt Shutters to anyone looking for quality window coverings.
Our experiences dealing with Canadian Superbilt Shutters at various times in the past 2+ decades have been excellent. John Persaud does a professional job of installation and the shutters are as beautiful today as they were when they were installed 24 years ago. John also installed Hunter Douglas silhouette blinds for us on several occasions and they are lovely.
