Excellent expert service and thoughtful staff at Ashley’s. We had a big tree to elevate in a challenging west end urban setting around the house wires and a neighbour’s property and it went so smoothly! Very happy with the results and will use them again. Good customer service and invoicing software. I have used Ashley's twice with mixed results. The first time was January 2024 to remove some dead tree limbs which was completed as requested in a bitterly cold day! The second time was September 2025 in the rain. The work should have been postponed and the hedge trimming was not as requested even though I asked the work to be completed as per the work order.
