Amazing customer service! Last summer we purchased an outdoor dining table, however through no fault of Abacus, there were issues with the surface finishing. Kelly listened to my concerns and arranged to have the table replaced. I am so appreciative of her prompt communication and how the situation was handled. We were looking for a high quality, Canadian made couch that would fit nicely in our living space and found a beautiful one at Abacus. What was nice too is that we visited the showroom in person and were expertly guided towards our ultimate purchase in a thoughtful, friendly and relaxed manner.
