My experience at Kia 427 QEW was an awesome one from the jump the customer service was top notch there are refreshments like coffee , hot chocolate etc . The sales associate that took care of our purchase were Waz ,Joel , and Hamza.They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They answered all our questions, made sure we were comfortable with our decision, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

We had a fantastic experience buying our Kia, thanks to Karan and Hammad. From the beginning Karan was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, to us, he was never pushy. He took the time to explain and show us all the features clearly. He answered all our questions. Also the price that he advertised was the price we saw, there were no mysterious addons or charges. We couldn't be happier with the service.
