Unbelievable level of professionalism and quality of work. Since the very first contact with the company, Alisha and Jeremie have been incredible to work with.I needed a roof replaced and was able to get an immediate transparent quote. All questions were answered before I even asked them. The repairs were done professionally and quickly. The site remained clean of debris and all work done was flawless.During the repairs Jeremie called to advise me that the roof over an extension on our home had significant rot. The previous owner did a poor DIY job with a hot roof installed with no ventilation or proper insulation causing considerable water damage from condensation. Jeremie was extremely professional addressing the issue and explaining everything as he went. Unfortunately due to a storm coming he was unable to fully rectify the issue with spray foam and instead did the best he could to replace the damaged area and seal the roof. He was able to offer me solutions to address the issue from inside the house.I can't recommend this company enough. They were great to deal with during an incredibly difficult and stressful time due to the previous owners mistakes. Thanks!

After nearly two years, I returned to see Lucie to address a few things that were bothering me. 1) a dime-sized, button-shaped mole on my side that I wanted removed along with a couple of skintags 2) to get my eyebrows pared down from one to two ; ) #CovidBrow, and 3) to possibly do electrolysis on my upper lip.Using her über fancy electrolysis machine (many settings & functions), Lucie was able to remove the mole (SO happy), my uni-brow is no more (no more scaring small children when out in public!) and Lucie did selective electrolysis on my upper lip to remove some of the hairs that caused a dark, shadow mustache look while leaving it looking natural.Talking to a stranger about things that we dislike about ourselves/are on our bodies can be uncomfortable. Lucie is so warm, kind, and completely non-judgmental about our body insecurities. We all have them.She is fun to talk with and we always end up laughing about stuff (mainly because I'm a dork). ; )I give Lucie five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I highly recommend going to Lucie for any/all of your esthetic needs. You won't regret it.
