After nearly two years, I returned to see Lucie to address a few things that were bothering me. 1) a dime-sized, button-shaped mole on my side that I wanted removed along with a couple of skintags 2) to get my eyebrows pared down from one to two ; ) #CovidBrow, and 3) to possibly do electrolysis on my upper lip.Using her über fancy electrolysis machine (many settings & functions), Lucie was able to remove the mole (SO happy), my uni-brow is no more (no more scaring small children when out in public!) and Lucie did selective electrolysis on my upper lip to remove some of the hairs that caused a dark, shadow mustache look while leaving it looking natural.Talking to a stranger about things that we dislike about ourselves/are on our bodies can be uncomfortable. Lucie is so warm, kind, and completely non-judgmental about our body insecurities. We all have them.She is fun to talk with and we always end up laughing about stuff (mainly because I'm a dork). ; )I give Lucie five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I highly recommend going to Lucie for any/all of your esthetic needs. We had the pleasure of meeting Anita yesterday during my daughter’s hair cut.
My daughter was SO happy with her haircut and Anita did such an amazing job. My daughter got a butterfly cut and it turned out stunning. Not only is the cut beautiful, but she was incredible with my daughter the whole appointment. Super patient, easy to talk to, and really listened to what she wanted. She made her feel comfortable right away.
My daughter walked out feeling so confident and pretty and as a mom that means everything. You can tell Anita genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does.
Great spot, the staff were quick and friendly. I was able to get exactly the trim I asked for in a timely fashion. The stylist worked at a good pace but despite it being fast her attention to detail was spot on. We just recently moved to Embrun and I will be going there for my hair cuts from now on. Super reasonable pricing too!
Used them twice, I would not go with anyone else! I had an emergency and needed the septic drained asap. I called when they opened at 7:00am. By 9:30am they had come and gone, saved me a lot of headache. Now, I cant say that this is something they can always do, but they were able to help when I needed it. We had our siding power washed. The front of the house at the top of the a- frame was quite badly mildewed. They were able to restore the discoloured siding back to its original white condition.Their clean up was amazing. Great job Jason. Will definitely book your services again! Earlier this morning I had a flat on the side of a very busy road and managed to get CAA to tow me to Embrun Auto Tech. I called their location from the side of the road and it was approximately 5 mins before they opened for business and they answered and told me to get there and they would help me quickly.
I am fully impressed with the service provided; how quickly it was provided; how friendly the staff was and how affordable a minor flat repair was!
I was kept informed as soon as they got it in the bay and as soon as they knew the issue and we were out of there as quickly as I could expect.
