My daughter has attended the march break kid’s aerial yoga for the second year. She absolutely loves it. Judith is an excellent teacher and keeps the kids engaged. Highly recommend this studio!!

Just took my 1st and 2nd degree reiki with Judith at Hyer Shala. What an incredible experience! Everything was absolutely perfect. The space, the training and Judith are absolutely the best. From the minute we started I felt so comfortable. It was exactly how I hoped for it to be. I can't wait to go back for the 3rd degree! Thank you so much Judith, Serge and Shakti!!! Keep doing what you're doing. If there were more people like you the world would be a better place.

I have been attending classes with Judith at Hyer for 18 years. The warmth of her personality is matched only by her competence as a teacher. I have tried many types of classes, but my favourites are the aerial yoga classes. It is a great welcoming studio for everyone, no matter what their level of yoga expertise.
