Professionalism, courtesy, easy to obtain a quote and superb workmanship plus other positives descriptions, in my opinion, describes Bertrand Plumbing and Heating Inc. of Embrun, Ontario. I have been a customer to this business for over 10 years without any complaints. Notably, for example, I had an issue with my air exchange - the control was not working. As this unit was about 9 years old getting a new control for the unit was difficult since the company maker was no longer in business; however, due to persistent effort on Bertrand's part, notably company employee, Jerrod, a new control unit was found, obtained and installed. The unit itself has been annually maintained and was not considered necessary to replace, only the control. Similarly, when my AC compressor quit Bertrand were quick to install an new unit at my request as I wanted a bigger unit more more AC power to cool the home on warm/hot summer days. I also use this company to service my furnace and living room natural fire place annually along with the AC and Air Exchange. This month I added to that list a new hot water tank, home dweller owned vs. a rental. Only about 2 hours for their employees to install from the time of arrival until departure. A seamless installation and removal of the old unit which was in need of replacement due to its age and before it might have created issues. In my opinion, using this client oriented company, Bertrand Heating and Plumbing Inc., will leave you satisfied that all is well in your home. I highly recommend them as your company to go if a need arises in your home or business.
